These Terms of Service govern your use of AI Flying Car at https://ai-flyingcar.app. By using the service, you agree to them.

The Service

AI Flying Car lets you upload a photo and get an AI-generated flying-car stunt video inspired by the Tesla Roadster demo. AI Flying Car is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Tesla, Inc., SpaceX or Elon Musk. "Tesla," "Roadster," "Cybertruck" and related names are their trademarks and are used only to describe the trend.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use AI Flying Car. You are responsible for your account and for all activity under it.

What You May Upload

You may only upload photos that you own or have permission to use. In particular:

• if a photo shows another person, you must have their consent;
• you must not upload photos of minors without the consent of a parent or guardian;
• you must not upload photos of celebrities or other public figures;
• you must not upload photos of other people’s cars or property that you don’t have the rights to use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AI Flying Car to:

• impersonate any person or company;
• pass off a video as real footage of Tesla, its vehicles or a real event;
• create sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise harmful content;
• commit fraud, mislead people or spread disinformation;
• infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• attack, overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

We may remove content, block generations or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your Content

You keep whatever rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us a limited license to store and process them only to provide the service to you. Subject to these Terms and the rights of others, you may use and post the videos you generate, including on social platforms. Please label them as AI-generated when you share them.

AI Output

AI results vary. The video may change details of your vehicle, subject or setting, and we don’t guarantee that it will be accurate, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. Review a video before you share it.

Credits and Payments

Videos are paid for with credits. Prices are shown before you pay, and payments are processed by Stripe. Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and credits never expire. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically.

Termination

You may stop using AI Flying Car at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use AI Flying Car after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
