This Privacy Policy explains how AI Flying Car ("we," "us") handles information when you use https://ai-flyingcar.app.

Information We Collect

1. Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. Google sign-in is the only way to create an account.
2. Photos you upload. The image you provide so we can make your video, including any vehicle, person or pet shown in it.
3. Generated videos. The clips we make for you, with related details such as the chosen length and frame, task status and creation time.
4. Usage data. Pages visited, features used, credits earned and spent, and technical data such as browser type, device information and security signals derived from your IP address.
5. Payment status. Which credit pack you bought, your order and whether the payment went through. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

How We Use Information

We use your information to make the videos you request, run your account, process payments and credits, prevent abuse and fraud, keep the service working, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. Your uploaded photo is used only to make the video you asked for. We don’t publish or sell your photos, videos or personal data.

Service Providers

To run AI Flying Car we use providers for hosting, file storage, AI video processing, payments, sign-in and analytics. Each receives only the data it needs to do its job for us. For AI processing, your photo is sent to the AI model provider solely to generate your clip.

Storage and Retention

Uploaded photos are stored in our own cloud storage, and generated videos are stored so you can view and download them. You can ask us to delete your photos and videos at any time, and we will.

Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, including your photos and videos, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Children

AI Flying Car is not intended for children under 13. Don’t upload photos of minors without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies to keep you signed in and analytics tools to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
