What to Include

To help us sort things out quickly, tell us the email address of the Google account you sign in with, what you were trying to do and what happened instead. If a video failed, include the reference shown on the error message. A screenshot helps too.

Common Requests

• Video problems: a render failed, looks wrong or won’t download. (Failed renders are retried once for free, and if they fail again your credits go back automatically.)
• Credits and payments: check-in credits, credit packs and receipts.
• Privacy: requests to see or delete your photos, videos or account data.
• Rights concerns: if you believe a video made with AI Flying Car uses your image or content without permission, email us the details and we’ll review it.
